CHRISTOPHER H. PASCOE, CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER & SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE

Mr. Pascoe joined Perlegen in October 2007 as Vice President, Finance, and Corporate Controller, and in June 2008 he was named Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance. Mr. Pascoe was most recently with Gryphon Therapeutics as CFO and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Earlier he was CFO at @Themoment, Inc. He previously held senior financial positions in GN Resound, Oracle Corp, and the Ask Group, and was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Mr. Pascoe obtained his B.S. degree in business and accounting from Southampton University, in England, and his C.P.A. in California. He is a Chartered Accountant in the U.K.
